Whether you've had a fall or suffered a cardiac arrest, time is of the essence. Our free app connects individuals in need to a network of trained volunteers. All of our volunteers are serving or recently retired firefighters and paramedics. They undergo enhanced DBS checks, and their training is rigorously verified. Emergency Neighbourhood Response (ENR) is committed to providing immediate support to those in need. Heres how we can help:
The app notifies trained volunteers—serving or recently retired firefighters and paramedics—letting them know you need assistance. We are also working to establish connections with ambulance dispatch centers for real-time communication, but for now, it’s important that you still call 999. Our app helps shorten the time between injury and receiving help. And the best part? It’s completely free!

Share your medical history and allergies with the NHS to ensure ambulance crews are fully informed on how to best treat you. If you're prone to heart attacks, allergic to aspirin, and take GTN, let the crews know before they arrive on scene.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Share images of an ongoing incident so rescue crews can develop a plan while en route, giving the patient the best possible chance.
Yes! You should still call 999. We are an additional resource that can help you get the assistance you need! We are working on securing a contract with ambulance call handlers, but this process is currently delayed. Once finalised, you'll be able to connect directly to NHS call handlers through the app.
All our volunteers are either serving or former firefighters and ambulance crew members. They all undergo enhanced DBS checks and carry a wide range of equipment, from medical oxygen to iGels, BLAST bandages, and CELOX gauze. Their training records are meticulously tracked.
When clicking the SOS button a pleathera of local volunteers are notified that you need help! If you have filled out the adequate information in the settings area your personal details, medical history and next of kin details will be passed to the ambulance service. Any images that you securely upload will also be accessible by the ambulance and fire service.
